Sig. Banner Challenge #24 - Muscles (See after the rules portion for information.)
Please read the rules all the way though.
1.
220x75 size please! I will be checking the size of each entry and will resize them if they are not, which is annoying.
2. You can submit up to 3 banners.
3. Non animated banners only. Please make sure the banners are original for the theme. Don’t send in banners already in use or that have been posted in the banner thread, I can not accept them.
4. All three CSI shows can be used for this challenge.
5. Don't post them here pm me
wolfesgamergirl with both the image and the link, for those with less than 100 posts only the URL is alright.
We'll try for the three categories:
6. Please title your pm as
SBC #24 and state clearly in the pm subject line which category you will enter: [/b]Beginners, Intermediate, or Advanced[/b] - if you are not sure, check out the guidelines.
Also Intermediates please include a second category if there are only enough entries for two categories.
7. Please submit by
Monday January 28th at 5 pm CST.
8. And although you all know this, please no vulgar language, also this is an anonymous challenge. Please don't post the banners until the challenge is over, if you do you will be disqualified.
9. Anyone on the board may participate.

As for the meaning of the theme: examples of muscles are smiles, frowns, hands, backs, funny faces, flexing, holding an object, yes even butts and many other possibilities.
As long as there is some sort of movement muscles are at work. Only caps from the three shows will be allowed this time, please no promo photos.
I have provided some caps for examples. You are welcome to use these or find your own.
