Server changes

I have changed stuff behind the scenes which will hopefully continue to improve the speed of Talk CSI.

If you notice any abnormal behaviour now, please private message me giving me as much details on what the problem was and what steps you took to cause it.

These have been deactivated, as things got very slow. Although things are still a big sluggish tonight.

I've now made another change, a bigger one in fact, and it's now time to see how this one goes. Again, if you find any odd problems please let me know. Early indications are that performance is much better.
