OK, I finally found it.
The music used on the menu of season 4 DVD's is 'Investigation Suite' by John M. Keane (only 32 seconds are used)
Took me long enough :lol:

If you wanna check: the piece is a little more than 6 minutes long, and the bit we're looking for can be found between 4:45 and 5:25

As for season 5 menu music, I dunno. Still lookin'
