Season 2 Discussion

Wow, you really got it out for the whole "Nick is Grissom's bastard child" thing, huh? As much as I disagree, I will say this: you are certainly persistent and offer a compelling argument. I enjoy that ;).

To be fair, I've always thought Warrick secretly hated Greg, but hey...

 Whatever gave you that idea? Hey, I wasn't the only one, Taratino himself said that.

Wow, you always thought Warrick hated Greg? Really? I find that very interesting. I've always looked as Greg as that annoying little brother. and Warrick and Nick the big brothers.

But really, I would love to know why you think that. :)

I don't know, just a vibe I guess. I know that in "Early Rollout" Warrick helped Greg with his organization skills, and in "No Humans Involved" he offered Greg support after the crime scene shooting and finding the dead kid. They just always seemed the most distant of the cast. Whenever you think of which CSIs pair up great together on cases, you think of Warrick with either Cath, Nick or Grissom, and with Greg it's Cath, Nick or Sara. (Cath and Nick must be good to work with). Never Warrick and Greg. The only time I can remember them being paired was in "Spellbound" and that's only because Grissom forced Warrick back on the case that he passed off to Greg.

Like I said: "secretly hates him". Like a big brother might 'hate' a little brother. (I stole your analogy. No, you can't have it back)

P.S. Stop making me hate Grissom. Nick is one of my faves and everytime you bring up how cruel Griss is (and for which I have a hard time finding a counter argument) it inevitably makes me side with Nick and despise the old man. STOP IT!!

I see the relationship between Warrick and Greg as more like hazing. Early in season 4, Warrick was supposed to be taking the fingerprints for the badly decomposed victim, but he gave the job to Greg, who ended up doing a "sloppy" job.

All in good fun I say.

HMM, I never saw anything strange or different between Warrick and Greg, although I must say I can't remember any real bonding either. I need to watch them closer. I know that Warrick and Nick were soo close, such good friends:thumbsup:

I don't really care much for the "A" story in "Cats In The Cradle", but I love the conclusion to the "B" story, wherein Sara, Nick and Brass take great delight in explaining to the spoiled daughter just how much time she and her father will be spending in prison for trying to frame her husband for her attempted murder and how her husband "will be getting a promotion." I like to think that after they're both convicted and serving time, the husband filed a civil suit againt father and daughter and wound up owning the whole company.

Definitely - though it does make you wonder why hubby married the daughter in the first place. You'd think he'd have known what he was getting himself into...!

I have to own up to rather liking the 'A' plot from this one as well - even if I would seriously have throttled Jessica long before she got old enough and big enough to stab someone for a cat - it's kind of an interesting look how selfish people can be.

So I just got this season for Christmas and I just finished watching Slaves Of Las Vegas which to me was a really good episode and great intro episode for Lady Heather.

Okay so favorite episodes Chasing The Bus, Chaos Theory, Scuba Doobie Doo, Bully For You. I will probably have more later I have to watch the rest of my DVDs first though.

Stalker has always been my top favorite of this season. Mostly cause Nick is my second favorite character. Greg being my first of course. :) The episode kept my attention through out the whole thing and I felt so bad for Nick when he got pushed out the window. Its the one episode I have honestly seen the most.

Kind of obvious the guy was trying to kill him though and they sent him home alone with a concussion WTH!? That was my only negative bit about the episode, but I still love it anyway. :)
