Those two episodes are different, and I'm not sure if they were even made.

Yes, the original pilot had Warrick and Catherine making out in the lab's break room.

The London episode was supposed to have been made for season four I believe, but something happened to shelve the episode, I'm not sure if it was ever finished.

This is good for people like me who break or loose a disk and don't have enough money to buy a whole different set just to see four episodes.
Do you know if disks 2 and 3 will be released soon?

Indeed! They already have those here in The Netherlands, just by the supermarket .
