Now I'm picturing Ryan in that orange jumpsuit.
"Time Bomb" was one of my favorites too. As season 8 was nearing the last episodes,I felt Ryan was getting to be more himself,he just kept getting better and better.
I absolutely loved seeing Ryan's neat home, and learning he played golf. And now we know he's a stargazer as well.

OMG really that would be an awesome oneliner for Ryan.
I think it's about time to give him oneliners. He'd sure make 'em perfect and much better than H (just a thought).

Yeah even seeing that third time I was still suprised by the fact he plays golf. I don't see him as a golf player. Tennis maybe, basketball definately, maybe some surfing but not golf.
Looks like my imagination needs to do better work LOL

That's why he is such a great character,what we do find out about him is surprising and unexpected. I didn't think he would be a stargazer either,but apparently he is.
What other surprising fact would you like to find out about Ryan?
I have always wanted to find out that Ryan plays in a band in his down time and maybe see a scene worked into an episode.
 
He's like a puzzle. And that's so good actually.
Yeah I even start to consider that maybe writers did the right thing not revealing anything about him right away like pretty much w/ others.

Hmm I was actually thinking that he could be in a band in his free time while ago. Oh I just had a thought that he could be artist w/ huge pile of paintings in a basement.
Another idea that he could be owning a horse and rides it when he wants relax.

In my fics I mostly put him as a car racer. I know that's silly but this tiny knowledge allows huge place for fantasy.

Oh my ideas just got confused within my tea-starved brain LOL.
I might come up w/ another ideas later.

Oh, that he does the Big Brothers Program on the side. The kid he mentors could be linked to a case.

His sister could be an artist, and a painting or sculpture in his house was created by her.

There could be a murder at a vineyard, and he would understand how to taste the wines because his mother used to drag him to classes.


The possibilities are ENDLESS!! lol.

Dude, he'd be like a Renaissance Man, lol.

True the options are endless.

I have to learn not to be one-sided w/ all these options. Just a future note to base my creativity.

I had actually thought of the Big Brothers program too.
You have some really good ideas GG and BDS.
I really like the idea of him having artwork in his home done by a sister(or sibbling since we don't know if he has brother,sister or both.
He could be attending an opening or artshow that features his sibling,and a murder occurs.

You may be right.I hope TPTB and writers continue to give us these tidbits into Ryan's background.It's like getting a nice little surprise.
 
I don't know what's Big Brothers but the idea of an artwork by sibling sounds very good.
Well it's quite reasonable and could be quite logical that they reveal character slowly not like in few episodes. Yeah for more impatient ppl that might be annoying but I still think that "best comes with waiting, warm with warming" (btw it's an an old saying at my country).

I'd especially enjoy the fact that TPTB is saving Ryan's past for something bigger in future. Silly but I decided to stick w/ this tiny idea since I have no better explanation.

Anyways I really hope there is something great in future for the character if they're revealing him so late.
Also I wish long life to the show so we could be witnesses to that :)
 
I agree, the possibilities are endless with his character. I suppose that is the only redeeming thing about tptb not giving us any details about Ryans past and hobbies.
I wouldnt have seen him as a golfer as well. But I would love to see him in a band, definitely.
Oh, and im also picturing him in that orange jump suit now! But he does suit orange so...

I always believe in sending feedback,positive,negative or suggestions.
Mention in your feedback that you hope there is something great(and wonderful) in Ryan's future.

Does anyone know if anyone has screencaps of epi 14 ,"Stoned Cold"?

This would satisfy the sadist in me:

Everybody has that 300-pound aunt who wears a mu mu and sponge rollers. She loves to hug and kiss you till you can't breathe. Ryan is no exception. His aunt Gladys has always liked to hug, kiss and suffocate her favorite nephew. But now she's missing, and the team has to come to her rescue. As soon as she's safe, she reaches out to her favorite nephew and still hugs and kisses him till he can't breathe, again, calling him those cutesy baby names (eg "My Little Dumplings"), embarrassing him in front of the team, again. Of course, Natalia and Walter rag on him about that later on.
 
Lol,yes and she would be the one that would have knitted him all his sweater vests and he has a closer full of raindeer and snowman jumpers she would have knitted him for Christmas .Gosh the ideas are endless Ryan Wolfe International Man of Mystery.
 
Oh yess I will try to rememer to send that while i'm in library.
But at first I had to update some stories and it took great amount of time which got me so surprised :eek:
