I'm pretty sure I'll be okay with the language used in the movie too.I may even use some of it myself if the movie is pushed back again. Really looking forward to seeing this movie and (hopefully) getting the DVD.

Same do I. But there's less than a week (more likely non-existant) chance that here it won't be secluded. I'm more than ready to start saving money for that DVD.
Although I'm hoping to at least read the book.
I forgot the author of the book but I'll check out.
I'm already regretting I didn't order Csi:Miami dvd set few years ago.
But I'm afraid to even think about price for shipping overseas.
Well better go to sleep before my head explodes. Writing can take toll on you. And yeah double amount of Jon is more than needed :hugegrin:
 
The opening clip posted on CBS features Ryan and Horatio! And does Ryan ever look hot in this! I am so looking forward to this episode!
 
Oh shoot, I shall say that I must read the book and see movie...
The insight of first chapter completely took me away and god how I wished I had money for at least to get download version.
I'm even determined to pay for the lost library card if I suddenly find the book in library..
I'm so overwhelmed that my thoughts are flying around my mind in complete nonsense.

I hope the promo is already on youtube. Gotta see that:)

Ryan is featured a lot in the promo.The promos are so much better this season. I remember getting next to nothing Ryan wise last season.

Hopefully not. Did you know he actually has more screentime in that promo than he did for the entire premiere episode for season 8.Besides all the background info that was changed for that episode,the lack of Ryan was really too much.It's one of my least favorite episodes.I didn't even watch it again when it was rerun.
 
hello all! It's been over a year since I've posted.... if anyone remember me! lol! I also haven't been able to watch any CSI:Miami. (too much crap going on in my life, looonnnng story). So, before I start watching youtube for hours, does anyone have any good Ryan episodes from seasons 8 and 9? Has there been any character development since Wolfe in sheep's clothing? I remember getting terribly frustrated with the entire show being focused on E/C.

Anyway, hope to hear from you alllll!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Hmm... season 8? Well: Count Me Out, Die By The Sword, Meltdown, Time Bomb <--- Ryan centric, oh! There was an awesome moment in Miami, We Have a Problem. And for the love of GOD! Stay away from Point of Impact. Trust me...

For season 9, let's just say every single episode. Some are a little less good screen time than others, but other than that, this season has been STELLAR for him. Stoned Cold especially!!

Nice to see you here again :)

Some days ago I was overlooking old threads (#8 of Ryan/JT thread) and came to conclusion that most of posters haven't been posting in latest threads.

Ok I'm off topic again but I kinda enjoyed overlooking old threads, though my original plan was to see the very first threads but I guess they are removed from the site.
Mhm I think I'll take a look at the first thread I started to post, could be interesting to see the changes :lol:
 
Hollyyo- Welcome back! Hope all is well with you.
GG is right, those are the best Ryan epis to watch in s8. They come near the end of the season. The beginning of that season saw Ryan way out of character, but towards the end it started to improve.
I would so there was no charcter development in s8. Maybe you could say Time Bomb had a little. S9 on the other hand has given us some good little bits of character development.
