Ratings Discussion

Last night's rerun of All that Cremains brought in 7.32 million in total viewers and a 1.5 in the demo :)

Just some FYI stuff that I was reading today. My Entertainment Weekly comes every Friday and I like to read the TV ratings chart there too. I'm not sure how it compares to where you guys get our numbers from, but I thought this weeks chart was interesting.

It runs behind schedule of course, so the ratings were for Wed. July 6, which I checked to see was Man Up. CSI came in 9th with 7.2 million (their number) and the only scripted show to beat it was NCIS itself! Of course numbers 1-8, besides NCIS at 5, were all reality shows, plus Primetime, 60 Minutes and the Macy's Fireworks. I was actually pretty happy with this.

All the rest from highest to lowest were NCIS LA, Blue Bloods, Big Bang, The Mentalist, CSI NY and Criminal Minds, which was last with 5.9 million. No CSI Miami on the list, but maybe it didn't air that week. Now I know they're all re-runs obviously, but this actually tells me that people skipped watching CM at 9pm and tuned in for CSI at 10pm.

Sorry for rambling, I just finally had time to catch up on some reading .
EW arrives again tomorrow, so it should be TTMG that makes its appearance in this issue.

Thank's all, 7.5 is great for a repeat, and ladybronco there is a top rated shows thread in the Media thread , and it has the top 25 weekly, just a heads up:bolian:

Ouch quite a downfall within 2 weeks time, wonder if Raskell had anything to do with it ;)

Yeah it is quite a downfall! But it still beat a nice number of shows in spite of being two lower rated shows of the season.

I actually have a fond spot for Targets of Obsession, I just fast forward through the Raskell court scenes. I love all of the Nick parts, also in spite of Bieber

There's a lot of Blood Moon that I also liked, being a Nick fan, and I'm thinking I'm just stuck in the minority :p
