I've wondered that myself. I could honestly just see them clearing up this mess, Kyle returning to Horatio, & then (unfortunately) see Kyle sparingly throughout the next seasons, w/ maybe even just a mention of his name.
The new epi has me very curious...it's not like it was "to be continued", it just felt that way, so it really makes me wonder how they'll "return" & what will happen to this girl.
Chances are they'll start the new epi & that girl will have already died & Horatio will go out on his own (as always here lately) to find evidence against Julia & find Kyle before it's too late.
Boring...yes, I know, but I sure wouldn't doubt it!
