The franchise offers two new episodes this week.<p>On Monday at 10:00pm ET/PT, <I>CSI: Miami</I> will deal with a potentially overzealous cop in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/power_trip.shtml">"Power Trip"</a>:<p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>When a savage killer runs rampant in Miami, Horatio must intervene to stop a member of the police force from getting too close to the case.</font><p></dt></dl><p><font color=yellow>Joe Chappelle</font> has directed 21 previous episodes of <I>Miami</I>, including <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/wrecking_crew.shtml">"Wrecking Crew"</a> from earlier this season. "Power Trip" was co-written by <font color=yellow>Corey Evett</font> and <font color=yellow>Matt Partney</font>. The writing duo has penned five previous episodes of the show, the most recent being <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/wont_get_fueled_again.shtml">"Won't Get Fueled Again"</a>.<p>The following actors will guest-star in "Power Trip":<p><ul><li><font color=yellow>Boti Bliss</font> as Maxine Valera<li><font color=yellow>Shanna Collins</font> as Jessica Chilton<li><font color=yellow>Jamie Thomas King</font> as Dennis Chilton<li><font color=yellow>Malik Yoba</font> as Reggie Wallace<li><font color=yellow>James Urbaniak</font> as Max Purdue<li><font color=yellow>Courtney Hope</font> as Kathy Meyers<li><font color=yellow>J. J. P. Pitoc was in the <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season3/revenge_is_best_served_cold.shtml">"Revenge Is Best Served Cold"</a>. The other actors are new to the franchise.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> will unravel a twisted mystery in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/the_box.shtml">"The Box"</a> on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT:<p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>When an unidentified body is discovered inside a crushed car, the CSIs must extract the bones in order to identify the victim and catch a predator.</font><p></dt></dl><p>This is the eighth time <font color=yellow>Oz Scott</font> has directed for <I>New York</I>. His most recent turn in the director's chair was for last season's <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season4/commuted_sentences.shtml">"Commuted Sentences"</a>. <font color=yellow>Bill Haynes</font>, a technical advisor for the show, has also written 6 episodes, including <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season4/playing_with_matches.shtml">"Playing With Matches"</a>. Haynes co-wrote "The Box" with executive producer <font color=yellow>Peter Lenkov</font>, who has written 15 previous episodes of <I>New York</I>. Michael Kenneth Williams also guest-starred on <I>CSI</I>, in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season5/hollywood_brass.shtml">"Hollywood Brass"</a>. Marcus Chait was in the <I>Miami</I> episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season3/speed_kills.shtml">"Speed Kills"</a>. Alaina Huffman was also on <I>Miami</I>, guest-starring in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/raging_cannibal.shtml">"Raging Cannibal"</a> earlier this season.<p>Thursday is Thanksgiving Day for the United States, and <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> will air a repeat of <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season8/grissoms_divine_comedy.shtml">"Grissom's Divine Comedy"</a> at 9:00pm ET/PT. The team was called in to investigate when several key witnesses for a grand jury case were killed before they could testify against a dangerous gang.<p>"Power Trip", "The Box" and the repeat of "Grissom's Divine Comedy" begin airing November 24 on CBS.<center></center>
