please help AVATAR how to??

Ok I am sorry, I know this probably shouldn't be posted here, but I searched everywhere including the F.A.Q, and can't figure out how to get an avatar... I can figure out where to click that says 'edit avatar' but then there is nothing to click on that lets me actually do so??

any help?

OOOhhh well that explains it! Wish I new that before I went bald from picking out all my hair :lol:

seems like a silly rule, and a good way to get people to 'spam' to get their message count up

I believe it currently may be 50 posts + 2 weeks as a member before both the ability to have an avatar and private message takes effect.

It's actually more designed as a perk for those folks who wish to stay with us and contribute to the community instead of worrying about all the superficial stuff. Ie: The avatars aren't as important as the quality and content of the discussions as well as the comraderie between like-minded fans.

We do certainly hope you stay with us and enjoy yourself here.

Also, feel free to visit the QSF (Questions, Suggestions and Feedback) forum if you have further tech questions relating to CSIFiles or TalkCSI.
