the new CSI is not going to take over permenatly

Yes Grissom is... well... Grissom and he is non replaceable
but
this should turn out to be an interesting episode to see how the team handles an outsider... yes Destiny going to the episode thread now... :lol:

I think Petersen will stay with the whole run of the show. He just needed a little break to do something different.

Neal McDonough is a great actor though. I loved his work on Boomtown, one of my favorite shows of all time that nobody ever watched, and he's great in Minority Report as well. Never cared much for Medical Investigations or whatever, though.

So, he's gonna go bye-bye. I was exited he was joining the cast, now i'm sad.

im not sure if im still gonna be excited to watch csi if Billy's not there anymore...

well...cath is my fav char though ( ",)
 
Lets remember that while the cast may or may not officially sign, we still have to wait and be sure that the show will be renewed, if it isn't then them signing is useless, and hopefully unlike past cbs stars they got an opt-out if the show isn't renewed.

There was a time the network would have stars re-sign the contracts and then if the show was canceled before the contracts were up, they were stuck at cbs, and couldn't work outside the network (ie other networks) without their permission.

I am not saying they won't be renewed but even if we know anything about the stars its the show that would have to be concerned about.
