"opera" Song from Episode "Wine and Roaches" 3/21/07

I would like to know if anyone knows what music was playing at the very begining of "Wine and Roaches" It was some type of Opera piece that I really liked. Any help would be appreciated.

At the very Beginning I got so excited I love opera. it was Habanera, from the opera Carmine, if you download it on LimeWire get it by Katherine Jenkins. Its really good!
