There's a volume key on each clip, you have to turn them up. I couldn't hear at first either.

Thanks,I saw the volume indicator before but didn't push the slider over to increase the volume.I 've got it now.

This is great! I think my favorites are Pavarotti, James Brown, and Howard Dean. Election years always see some interesting stuff go down. :lol:

But having to turn the volume on before you could hear anything was annoying.

Do you have the flash player installed? If not, that could be it. Some vids won't play without it.
