"What the hell Jethro? Why are you barging into my office?" exclaimed Jenny as she stood up from her desk.

Gibbs looked at Jenny and said, "I wouldn't unless this was necessary and it is." He looked at her and said, "I want you to relieve me of duty arrest me something before I injure or kill a member of my own team."

 

[CSIStokes]

Tony just sat there. He started looking at the profile of the Marine. "He's married, with 2 kids" he looked again. He didnt see enything out of the ordinary.

"Shut up DiNozzo." Jenny ordered. "Jethro what is wrong with you?" she asked Gibbs.

He looked at her with a face "Yes mam!" he read on silently, as not to bother Jenny.

Zivs got bored at the scene and decided to call Tony. She walked away from mcgee and dialed Tony's cell.

He herd his cell go off "Sorry" he told Gibbs and Jenny. He walked out and took out his phone "DiNozzo!"

"Damnm Tony why are you yelling?" Ziva asked.

"My bad" he looked at the woman at the desk and gave a slight smil "Gibb's is talkin to the directer and he's been down my throught"

"awww I'm sorry are we still on for tonite?" she asked.

"Of course" he said with a smile "After work?" he looked around "Is McGee around you?"

"No he's still interviewing. And yes after work. Are you going to tell me where we're going or what?" she asked.

"You know me. I love to give surprises" he said with a smile. "Trust me it's going to be nice"

"Ok" Ziva said sheepisly. "Hey is Gibbs in a good mood? If he is we might be able to get off early to have more time tonite." she suggested rather seductively.

"Actually. No he is not, He is talking to the directer about something and im 100% sure it's about me" he sat in one of the chairs "Pluse we really havent even started on the case."
