Yep your go Lucy. I saw this for the first time when I bought the DVd's. Cried like a baby. More so when I saw the sad look on Horatio's face. He didn't want to hand him over to Alexx. Rick well...... I just didn't like his attitude during this scene really. Felt like he just really didn't care. One of my fave eps.
