I have fond memories of shows I used to watch while growing up - unfortunately many of them turn out to be way too cheesy to watch now. However, I've found one that is still enjoyable: Quantum Leap.

On the "too cheesy now, but boy did I love them then" side: MacGyver, A-Team, Mission: Impossible, Magnum PI (although that was more my sister's favorite). Probably more, but can't remember them now.
