06 - oversharpened image and the texture is way too distracting
07 - the whole blue texture is overwhelming the rest of the icon.

I'm sort of running short on ideas :) I'm thinking of having a pattern for how I choose the order of the challenges, was thinking:

- TV Show
- Movie
- Music
( and keep following that theme) in the upcoming LIMS, I'm thinking of doing a general theme for each one ex ... a whole lims with nothing but tv shows/movies etc. I think that would be better :)

So do you think it's good to follow how I'm doing it? Or do you want to fit in more that tv shows, movies and music. I've been sticking to these three because it's a lot easier to find good quality caps opposed to some of the other ideas that were thrown at me when I first asked for ideas :) I know some of you would love to do one about sports, but there's just not really good quality images to do a challenge with it.

If people want to do a sports theme, what about Sports Movies... such as Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, Mighty Ducks, Space Jam, etc? You'd still be able to find caps, but it might satisfy those who want sports related themes. :)

Another idea is famous movie animals (ie Lassie, Flipper, Black Stallion, Babe, Mr. Ed, etc). That way you'd still be in the movie category (therefore caps would be easy to find), but something more challenging than just whatever caps one wants to use from said movie. It could just be the animals in the movie.

congrats to the winners! and sorry to see the two of you go.

hm, i'd prefer if you didn't follow a pattern b/c i like surprises but i wouldn't mind if you did, really. and i think sports is actually a good idea too. the icons made of soccer players for example could be really great (the colors of the caps are always a thing to play with, plus there is a lot of hot soccer players :p)

What about using some stock images? You know, like flowers or rubber ducks or something completely random. Those can be fun to work with, and challenging at the same time :)

I thought of doing a sports one, but in order to fulfill everyone's favorite sports I'd have to have a lot of caps and in some of the challenges I've been told there was too many caps and people complain about some images being better quality than others and I'm scared I won't be able to find good enough caps or pictures.

A stock challenge can work, I know where to find some pretty good images :)
