'Miami' Prepares For Action Packed 100th Episode

For CSI: Miami's 100th episode, the writers are planning to bring a very special guest star.

"You've got to have a gator," co-executive producer <font color=yellow>Elizabeth Devine</font> told TV Guide.

The 100th episode of the series plans to do what Miami doest best: deliver a an action packed episode. The show plans to, again, give Horatio Caine a nemesis. "We're going to have a really good opponent for Horatio, someone who's almost playing with the CSIs," revealed Devine. "He thinks he's smarter than them."

Expect Miami's plot du jour to be more personal drama. While Ryan Wolfe will get into trouble by making a big mistake with an informant, Natalia Boa Vista will face a man from her past. <font color=yellow>Rob Estes</font> (Silk Stalkings, Melrose Place) will reportedly portray the role of this convicted felon with ties to Natalia's life, and will reprise his role for several episodes.

Calleigh Duquesne isn't escaping the writers' imagination, either. The character will step into the spotlight this season, but not always in positive ways, said Devine. "She's on duty and gets forced off the road when she's returning from a crime scene and it'll be unclear at first who did it."

Calleigh will also butt heads with her father, who returns to defend a real bad guy. In the end, however, things might look up for Calleigh. "We're introducing a detective Calleigh first met when she was in the police academy," Devine added. "The back-story is, they didn't like each other at all but, this being Miami, he's sexy, of course. And Calleigh's sexy. And sexy things happen when sexy people get together."

OMG how excited am i?! but honestly...when are they going to admit that ryan is hella good at his job, and stop making him make stupid-ass rookie mistakes?! unless, of course, im the informant, and his mistake is getting involved with me...and endangering the credibility of the crime lab, but giving me my long sought-after topless ryan moment...

hmm...

and also i wonder if this "felon" from natalia's past is her abusive ex-husband?

sounds like a good'un to me!

This could be an interesting storyline. I don't like Natalia but this could be ok...just don't make her into a poor defenceless victim that needs help and love from the the rest of the team. That would be the pits. Show some spine and stick up for yourself.

Being the mole and then promoted to CSI (don't get me started on that) + Being Victimized and all look at me = PATHETICALLY BORING STUFF THAT I DON'T WANT TO SEE.
 
*sigh* ...Maybe season six will be better. Oh who am I kidding? Season five will be a disaster and season six will follow.
 
:rolleyes: whoop-de-doo, Horatio has another nemisis who thinks he's smarter than everyone. Already been done. Twice.

Ryan screws up. Already been done. 4 or 5 times. *sigh*

Natalia's ex probably shows up. She gets to play the victim. Already done. Twice. Actually more than that I think.

Oh, and the 'Special' guest star is a gator? Wow, that is original :rolleyes: Already been done. For 4 seasons.

*sigh* I guess the episode could still be good, it has the potential (and a whole lot of recycled stroylines) but considering the season that just was, I'm not holding my breath.
 
The only thing that can save this show is Stuart Otis and I will believe that until I die.

And Carly you're right. All of that has been done at least twice. Talk about variety eh? :rolleyes:
 
I'm happy for Calleigh's storyline, though. She's the only redeemable aspect of the show right now.
 
Ryan's pretty ok on the eyes ;) I'd say he redeems the show in some part for me. But there was that damn awful episode where he went out with Snake lady. That was so bad, wrong, awful, hideous, gross, chuck bucket darn terrible.
 
I just have to comment on this: 'Sexy things happen when sexy people come together.' Ahum. THE LAB IS FILLED WITH SEXY PEOPLE! I mean, you're not looking me straight in the eyes and tell me that you think Ryan, Eric or Horatio aren't sexy. You have to find at least one of them sexy!

And on the recycling: hello TPTB! Can't think of a good original storyline anymore? Then don't use something which is already used 4 times before. 2, okay...but 4? NO!

Well, at least something positive is going to happen...but he'll probably turn out to be a psycho stalker anyway...

Yeah no more recycling..I'm sure Dutchie and I could think of an original storyline..hehe.
 
I think any one of us could think of an original storyline. You know, it's a shame TPTB don't read the message boards because we could have provided them with stories for an entire season. :rolleyes: Call me up Mister Miller! I have ideas up the wazoo!
 
Yeah, me too. Though the season would get very shippery. :lol: But if I try really hard I could also write non-shippery episodes! Let us write a season! The people here at talk. Now that'd be fun. ;) I wanna do the season finale! :devil:
