McGill Teases Possible Return Of 'Sqweegel' & Nate Haskell

CSI Files

Captain
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation fans might see some familiar villains during the show’s upcoming twelfth season. According to executive producer Don McGill, the titular forensic-proof serial killer from “Sqweegel” has a “very strong chance” of returning next season. They really need to just leave Nate Haskell alone. Three seasons of involvement is more than enough, even for a compelling nemesis, and any ways they could find to include him in new episodes would probably feel really contrived.

WTF?! I had enough of Nate Haskell storyline for 2 years, but another one for 12th season, thats enough that storyline has gone bone dry and boring. I wouldn't mind for the return of Sqweegel character for 12th season, I'm sure rest of CSI fandom here is done with the Raskell storyline.

I haven't even seen the last 3 seasons and I'm already tired of the Haskell storyline. :p

Haven't tptb learned yet from all our comments that we don't want anymore Haskell. If we're getting that sh*t rammed down our throats again next season I will seriously have to reconsider my CSI time whether George is back or not.

Get it through your thick heads people we don't want any more Haskell.

Sorry but not that I have that out of my system :D seeing Sqweegel again would be interesting.

I think these comments were made before the finale. Hopefully, tptb will look at the ratings for the last 3 episodes and realize that viewers are tired of the Raskell saga and the show will move away from it next season.

Add me to the list of those who do NOT want anymore Haskell.

I wouldn't mind seeing Squeegel (sp?) again, but if they do to him what they did to Haskell, I'm gonna be pissed. Haskell was a good villain until he became an overplayed song.

It's possible that he was being intentionally vague to cover up the fact that Haskell was going to die in the finale (although it was a foregone conclusion IMO) - I hope so, otherwise I'm imagining them finding really contrived ways to include Haskell in ~spirit if not in body (flashbacks, nightmares, mysterious videos that let Haskell taunt Langston from ~beyond the grave, etc).
