kikii: Yeah I thought of that too. But as I think they totally messed D/L up. Sorry for the shippers here, but I loved them in season 2 and the beginning of 3. And then suddenly Snow Day 'Boom' then a long time nothing, Danny cheating on Linds in RND, and now she's pregnant and they wanna marry. Sorry but that's not how a serious relationship goes on. TPTB did prove that they know how to give us smacked, but I think they're way too stupid to handle a GOOD relationship...I also think it'd be a shame to waste the smacked chemistry like that....
MacsLady: I agree with you. It's obvious that Stella helped Mac a lot throughhis grief after Claire's death and I love how he shows that and how he's always joking with her. He never did that with anyone else:scream:
So I watched a clip from Snow Day yesterday; and there was this scene where scared P flees out of the building and leaves Mac behind. It's hilarious because he goes like all loving and touching him and he remains all unimpressed...maybe it was just me but I couldn't help myself...btw. I love Mac and Stella's closeness in SD and how they saved each other's lives:adore:

It always was there in the first season when Stella kisses Mac, on the cheek sadly, was not in the script, she just kissed him. So they kept it in.Anyway I just decided to say hi. I'm glad I have been excepted. Axel don't worry I'll be on often. I can't wait for January. Kay, Bye.

here where i live its soo icy that you have to be careful about where you walk or you'll slip.. i know that and i found out the hard way *cough*many times*cough*:lol: and when i sliped, i started to think of Mac and Stella and that Stella/Mac would slip and one of them reached out to the on that sliped and they both end up on the ground with their arms around each other and faces close to each other:adore::adore: that one time i started to think of Mac and Stella, i of coursed sliped in the school yard on my way to the store and a teacher stod and watched (he was there to watch so no kids on the class under us sneak over to the store) and i started to giggle and i couldn't stop, my friends looked at me and thought i hit my head:alienblush::lol:

:lol: Aww, you poor dear, don't worry, I'm a total clutz and tend to fall all the time when it's icy... But your little scenario about Mac and Stella is so cute... I'd love for them to be working together at a scene in winter, and on the way down for Stella to slip, then Mac to catch her... It would be so cute, especially if it was played out so they would spend a few seconds looking into eachothers eyes before he helped her out... Gosh that would be adorable... :adore:

Anj, I agree with what you said about Smacked in SD, it's so cute how they are so close, and how they save each other lives... Gosh we need more scenes like that... Another reason why they should get together, they have saved eachother.

Oh and Asprine Hun, I love your new banner, I'd love to have Mac and Stella for christmas.. I think they'd like to have eachother for Christmas... Now that would make everyone happy. :devil:

I was watching episodes of season one, and I am quite fustrated Mac and Stella do not talk to each other the way they used too.

God, me too! *pokes TPTB* There were a lot of cute moments between them. The one that's stuck in my head is the one where Stella takes of his tie and unbuttons his shirt. It was a real intimate moment and we hardly ever see that in this season.

Hmm, maybe Gary and Melina should improve some scenes once in a while. Like eyewitness said, that kiss on the cheek was definitely not scripted. By the way, what scenes would you like to see them improvised?

It kind of bothers me when people say Mac and Stella are just best friends, it is evident that it is just way more than that. The only logical reason to postpone this relationship is because they would be scared to destroy their friendship. But as eyewitness so cleverly delivers, they are much more mature than that. They are reserved, and they would never let their professional side falter. Essentially they are workaholics, who are deeply in love

it would be great if Stella is working for the FBI in the case. It could add tension and more interest to Mac and Stella's relationship. I like this plotline since i watched La Femme Nikita and at the end it was discovered Nikita worked for somebody's else which was a shock for all fans When Stella met that Security Guy in "Hostage" i thought for a moment she was working for them undercovered because she knew Brett quite well i would want so much an interesting plot like that!!!!!!!!!!! BTW Jerry B. also produces Law&Order: SVU and Olivia worked for the FBI undercovered and she couldn't tell anything to Elliot which was a big deal between them but finally they became friends again.:bolian: I can see this happening!

I agree with everyone who said EP are being too evil this season. I do understand they want to focuse on DL but...what's the purpose on destroying Mac and Stella's closeness we only got some good SMACked episode (5.06) and nothing further.

We're getting through this thread soo fast. *Nudges TPTB "WE WANT SMACKED FOR XMAS"*

Welcome all new comers, hope you'll have fun here. (And yes, Ghawazee is right- we're all very friendly, though we are all mentally throwing darts at TPTB)

I think despite what Anthony Zuiker says about making NY the 'youngest' of the CSIs, TPTB need to mature things up. The DL storyline is getting wayyy out of control- no maturity what so ever. It's gonna turn NY into a teenage soap opera (I think it already has).

Enter Mac and Stella. They are sensible, mature adults. And they care about each other deep enough to be best friends on the outside. But we know that down inside, its more. I don't think turning Smacked into a romantic relationship would risk destroying their friendship because they have known each other for so long and its obvious they know each other too well.

I wouldn't be as upset with DL happenning if these horrid writers would have given us something to us too. (and God knows i'm not a fan of that couple). I always insisted with storylines for them as individuals (something you can forget right now)

But not, they write DL (overdoses of course) and they keep Mac and Stella apart. They don't allow them to stay as friends neither Another reasons to plan an assasination. We have been faithful fans. I don't know why they wanted to screw up Smacked friendship as well if they didn't want to put them together yet

anyway i watched the episode "consequences" a few days ago again! the beginning is soo cute when stella told mac that she is worried about beeing followed by someone! the whole scene is just adorable:adore: well as we already know. but did you notice how stella watched mac wishfully when he answered the phone and talk? in this secondes she really seems to imagine what would be if...

I am suffering from SMACKED withdrawals and hope that TPTB give us something to hang on to on tomorrow night's episode. I really don't ask for too much, but a little Christmas (kiss) cheer to get me through the rest of the holidays would be nice.

As far as D/L getting married, I am glad that Mac & Stella will be their witnesses and maybe we'll see emotion out of both of them and then ding, ding, a light will go off and they will realize that they love each other and get married before the end of time. Jimenez--->i liked Consequences a lot because of that scene at the beginning which seemed to be date before Mac mentioned how nervous she sounded on the phone
Also i loved the ending because he offered her to share his taxi despite of they live in different parts of the city (It's much better when we know He was dating SHE VIRUS at that time)

TexMex--> maybe they will come to realization (I hope this is the right expression in English) regarding their feelings in the wedding. But i doubt it will be something out of blue. They cannot start right away in that moment. Something should happen BEFORE the wedding which it would make them admit they are in love (I was thinking in

I actually have to study for my last exam in 2008. yay So happy about that (not the studying part..)
Oh I love Consequences!! Although SHE is in the city it was so great. The scene in the bar was just :adore: I loved Stella saying 'Just you telling you made me feel a lot better: :adore: that also shows me how much it means for the to talk about their problems and I will go all Rambo if we won't get any smacked soon. I really like Reed and when he thought that Stella was Mac's wife it was just perfect. I mean just think...although Mac was P back then Reed thought he was with Stella!! Oh hints so many hints....

So well Right Next Door was aireed yesterday, and I still believe that they're living together I mean Stella never ever mentioned a new apartment...What I don't understand is: TPTB always make so good steps; the extra room, dates and stuff, BUT the never finish their ideas :scream:I would've loved to see an all-day scene in Mac's apartment. Hello?? I don't think Mac has TWO kitchens, Living rooms... * goes off to her daydream*

I also agree with what you said about TPTB not finishing what they started, the lack of continuity really bugs me... My favourite Bristish show is the same, Charlie proposed to Maggie, she said yes, but then left, and hasn't been mentioned again... Come on producers... Some continuity would be nice... I also love the idea of Mac and Stella living together, I bet they have a lot of fun... :devil: Here's hoping for some great scenes written into the finale by Melina.
