Welcome to vesper and MacsGirl, it's always great to have new Mac fans join us in the gutter!

I didn't realize it was the same one from The Deep until Sam posted the :drool: pics from that ep.
Sam, 'Hostage' is an amazing episode. I was surprised Mac was tricked by Joe too, but I think it is because Mac has always been sympathetic towards people who have lost family members, and we know he will do anything to stop innocent people being hurt, so I can see why Joe was able to trick him. Personally, I think it was good to see that Mac can make mistakes and bad judgements, just like everyone else. Something similar happens with a young woman named Ella in season 5, and it's an interesting angle to see Mac from. Oooh, I agree too that Pissy Mac when he realized Joe had lied to him was really hot! One of my favourite moments from that ep is when Joe loses his temper and points his gun at Mac and tells him to get down on the floor (it is in your fourth pic from Hostage) and for a moment Mac looks scared, or at least nervous, something I don't remember seeing at all really, except maybe for the moment in All Access when he heard Stella's address come over the police radio. It was really interesting to see because usually he's so in control and calm.
LOL at your pic of Gary with that woman where he looks like he's trying to steal her papers. I bet Gary has that look on his face when he does something he shouldn't at home and doesn't want Mrs S. to find out!
Love that pic of him with the yucky thing in the plastic container, yucky thing, but a hot CSI holding it! I agree with Tequesta that he looks kinda evil, but in a good way.

Different looks for Mac? I do love sweaters on him, and he looks fantastic in jeans and t-shirt, like in those Taxi pics. The leather jacket is hot too.

Vesper, re Mac doing H-like one liners, I don't mind one every now and again (all the main CSIs do one liners occasionally) but not all the time like H. does. I think Mac looks great in sunglasses, better than H., probably because he doesn't wear them all the time!
Sophia, welcome back! I liked Mac in the suit and tie in s1 for the same reason as you, I could imagine leading him away by his tie to some quiet place, getting him to relax and loosen up a little, put a smile on his face...:devil::devil::devil:
