2- Icon is just a little too simple, and the colors are a little too bright and contrasted
3 Grissom looks a little squished
1 Gorgeous icon, but the colors are a bit dark and takes away from the natural tones of her face

3. Cropping around Grissom looks a little hurried, doesn't work well with the background.

4. Face is very blurry, not sure if it was trying to make her look soft or... ???

2. Colors could've been better on Eric's face, he looks a bit pale.

These are all so good!!!
