Leisha Hailey Discusses Hairy 'CSI' Guest Role

Tonight's edition of Entertainment Tonight will feature a sneak preview of "Werewolves," the first new CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode of 2006.

"I don't know how I'm going to do it, with the hair everyday," is one of the things you will be able to hear CSI guest star Leisha Hailey say on ET. The entertainment magazine spent most of its time in the make-up room with Hailey, who plays a girl suffering from hypertrichosis.

"[That] is where you're born with excessive hair growth," Hailey said. "She definitely suffers from agoraphobia as well, because she hasn't been out of the house in about nine years. So she does everything from her bedroom through the internet; she communicates with people through the internet and shops through the internet. So her only friend really was her brother, who is the one who gets killed."

For her role, Hailey had to spend two hours every morning in the makeup chair. "It's definitely something that they asked if I'd be okay with," she said. But apparently the actress saw the role more as a challenge than as a chore. "I think that's what's fun about being an actor, you get to do fun things like this."

For more from Hailey, tune in to tonight's edition of Entertainment Tonight, or head over to the program's official site for an extended preview.

I agree-
Heck, they could do practically anything to me and I wouldn't care. Just to be on CSI would be awesome!!

Re: Meet Lilia _The Wolf Girl

Leisha Hailey on CSI in a guest role? I so must watch that episode, not that watching CSI period is something to question. It's just that she plays a character in The L Word which is my most favourite show next to CSI. Talk about extreme's with favourite tv shows I know but it is the same way when I see a CSI character on a show as well.
