Captain
"Apparently they gave me this big stretch of a role, I play an arrogant rock star," said Kid Rock of his appearance in tonight's episode of CSI: New York.
The singer will become a primary suspect tonight when his limo driver is found dead in the episode "All Access." Mac, as would be expected, isn't intimidated by the rock star. "He's blasting away, rocking out," explained Gary Sinise (Mac Taylor). "Something happens backstage just outside the theater, and of course we find a dead body out there, so we've got to start investigating."
Kid Rock will play himself in the episode, a role he was too familiar with. "It's something I really had to study up for and practice hard at," he joked.
This isn't the singer's first acting experience. Last November, he had a cameo in Pamela Anderson's sitcom Stacked. "Every once in a while, it's fun to sneak something different into your schedule, and I get to shoot somebody," he said. "I thought that would be a neat experience."
