IS FLACK COMING BACK FOR SEASON 3?

i'll ponder it. i might stay for hill and carmine, but that's a really big giant 'MIGHT'. flack's my baby. i would cry if he was gone.

all we really know is that he's still in a coma first eppy, and Top said he's defo comin back. thank GOD. i may have died if they let him die in that coma.

anyhoooo, the only worrying bit for me was that they gave this new detective woman a hefty background...and i dunno if i'm able to warm up to a new detective...even if she is temporary.
 
I'm with afrikana and iluvroadrunner. If Flack isn't back very soon, things will have to get really nasty. *draws out twin swords* :mad:

I don't mind if he's not in active duty, just as long as he's conscious and showing up on our TV screens.
 
Guys, I just posted in the spoilers thread about this. According to the "Network's Draft" of the premiere, Don Flack is alive and kicking, and interrogating a suspect with Mac. :)
 
gah. i can't remember where i got that info then...

but i really wan't to go with "Network's Draft" then if he's up and ready!!
hell yeah Flack interrogating!!!

but wait...does that mean that this new detective will get even more screen time? DAMNIT. sorry. i'm trying not to judge....
 
I have no idea why they chose to add a new character. Seriously, it's an annoying habit most TV shows have and most of the time, viewers don't even like them.

Anyway, if I read something new about Flack I'll let you know.
 
the new character is most likely to replace maka (i heard somewhere that kelly hu's doing something else this season), not flack. but while flack's got some downtime, they need someone to take his place.

they're not doing it to vex the viewers, they're just trying to stay realistic.
 
he will be back, hell he'll probably be in the first episode, ya know show the fans he's alright and he will stay, i doubt he'll leave for another 2 seasons or so, they don't normally do a season finale on the same character 2 seasons in a row, and the way to go out is in the finale!
 
Oh come on... no more character deaths please. Lets keep that in the fics.

Well, CSI doesn't play with a linear timeline. They skip days, weeks, months, years at a time. So he will be coming back awake, and prolly considerably well. Back to work, at least.
 
not sure if this was posted already but:
I read on Wikipedia( not a very reliable source) that Flack is in a coma in the begining of season 3. and a new detective is introduced.
