I think the reason there wasn't "spoiler" in the title is because once the ep airs in the PST...I think...it's no longer required dto have spoiler tags.

now that caths dad had died she is most likely to invest in his casions and she would be the smart person who should take it.DOes anyone agree~~

Correct once it airs in all time zones of the US (West coast being the last time zone) then it is no longer considered a spoiler.

i reckon sam will skip cath and leave it to lyndsey, but with some business manager type looking after the place until she's old enough... or a least a trust fund...

trust fund would be better, business manager types in vegas are not to be trusted... *shifty eyes*

I think he left it to either Cath or Walt (the son that killed his brother...). More than likely Cath, because he saw her more than Walt. And don't forget, he had more than one casino/hotel. (I can't remember the names of them, though... *brainstrain*)

well if she does inherit them getting the owner to let them look for evidence will suddenly become much easier

True.He might not have died, just paralysed or brain dead or something like that. And anyway, I doubt Sam left the casino for Catherine. Money, maybe, but the Rampart. No way, dudes.

Yes, the Rampart was the one that they tore down.

I'm with hitchhiker42 , I reckon he will leave a trust fund for Lindsey. Although, I'm not convinced any of it will form a major story line. The fact that the Rampart was imploded and Sam was shot because of a bankrupt business deal probably means that they have given themselves an easy way out of explaining why Catherine continues life as normal, without millions in the bank... Just my opinion of course...
