I've seen it done here, I know fanfiction.net doesn't allow script-type fanfics. I've noticed for me the only difference between writing script format and regular format is that I have to describe where the characters are (which you have to anyway), describe a little bit about what's happening (instead of putting it in parenthesized stage directions), and then coming up with creative ways to say "he said" or "she said" without using the word "said" all the time. :)

Agreed, you can do that here as long as it still understable for everyone ;)
