Does anyone know what has happened to Warrick's family? I'm sure they stated it, but forgot.
I'm not sure if this is answers your question exactly, but I think that the reason he was killed was because the under sheriff was afraid that since Warrick was such a great, determined CSI that he would've persued the case until Mckean was found out. Mckean knew that the evidence would eventually lead to him, and that Warrick would never give up, and so he felt like he should get rid of Warrick. I'm so pissed about it too, because he ended up getting caught anyway (rightfully so), and so why did Warrick have to die? So anyway, I think this is the answer to your question? That seems a pattern...Grissom's backstory changed as well. Or his father's, anyway.
Notice that after they dropped the Bozeman thing from Cath's backstory, they put it into Lindsay Monroe's backstory on NY?
Anyway, here's my question: What exactly did Warrick do wrong in For Gedda that would have gotten him punished if he hadn't died? I'm not clear on it.
I have a question.
What was the name of the soldier in Toe Tags from season seven whose murder Nick was investigating?

I believe it was Jack Day.
