One part of town is at $4.09, while other parts are at $3.85 and I've seen it as low as $3.79.

I filled up near work at $3.75 a gallon when some of the other stations in that area had jumped to 3.85. The one near home had jumped from 3.85 this morning to 4.05 tonight.

Well gas continues to rise here. TH}+SMORNGN it's $1.38.8   Oh I can see this fast becoming an election issue. Yeah as if the government will actually do anything about it.

I did see something in this mornings paper that last December we were paying $0.86 a liter. Oh those days were so good :) Maybe someday again.

ps the extra comments in the first line are by one of the cats that walked across the keyboard. I thought I should leave her comments in :)

Of course. They probably want to go for a ride but realize you can't afford the gas.

Driving to work this morning it was $3.67. On the way home 4 hours later it was $4.15. I kid you not.

Do NOT try to BS me (politicians) and say this is due to the hurricane. And do NOT point the finger at the other guy and try to make it an election issue and blame each other either.

Wow and I thought 24 cents in one day was high. I did not go out today so I am a bit scared to see how bad it got. it was at $3.99 last night.

Well it didn't take a week for prices to fall. It took just a few days. Yesterday I filled up one of our vehicles and paid $1.19 a liter. Today I topped the other vehicle up and paid $1.13.5 a liter. Maybe the big oil companies are afraid with the election jsut 4 week away.

When I first posted her back on the 15th of March, gas here was $1.07 a liter.

My reliable informant (thanks Dad :D) has just told me that the cost of unleaded at a nearby garage has just gone down to £1.06 a litre ($1.95).

Which is cheaper than PepsiMax :D An acquired taste though
