just watched the oath again today.. and i felt horrible at the end of the episode when H realized that Y was not there for him but for Stetler! and when she said "cya tomorrow" and took off, i almost died!!! :(

huh? i havent seen that bit... what happenes.... start from the beginning of the scene lol, please tell me - thats like one of the scenes I really wanna see

That was definately a heart wrenching moment :(! I was like 'run to her, or do something man!' :eek:

*H walks out from the elevator and sees Y waiting there*
H: Hey! *little smile on his face*
Y: Hey *sounds nervous*
H: What are you doing here? *then he sees Stetler approaching*
S: (to Y) Hello *smiles*
Y: Hey..
S: Horatio, heard you caught 'Dan something's killer.
H: Yeah, thats right! *looks down from Y to the floor*
S: Congratulations. I'm sure we'll end up clearing him..
H: If its family doesnt get full benefits you're gonna hear from me..
S: Dont hate me, hate the job!
H: I'll take that as consideration.
S: No hard feelings, right?
H: No! Absolutely not!
S: *to Y* Ok, im gonna lock up my office and see you downstairs. *turns to H* you take care..
H: Yeah, you too *still looking at Y*
*Stetler leaves*
Y: *takes a couple of steps towards H* I'm sure that 'Dan somethin's widow will appreciate everything you've done *a sad (?) expression on her face*
H: Well I just let the evidence clear his name..
Y: Still, she's lucky to have you..
H: Thank you..
Y: *smiles slightly* See you tomorrow.. *walks off, gets in the elevator, turnes around just before the doors close, looks at him, he looks at her.. I DIE.. doors close* :(

For the newbies to our ship that didn't get to see this, also a little of moral boosting for us who've been around for a bit. They can't write her off, not after words like these:

"That's why I came on the show first is to bring their personal lives in there," the actress revealed. "A lot of people ask me about when are these two getting together, well, I don't think it's about the consummation of things it is about tasting the food, it's about the journey. And it's very much so it's been that way and it will be that way for a while. There's gonna be a lot of conflict, there's a lot of ramification throughout the season and will be for the season finale and also for next season. I think that's what makes it juicy."
