Re: Horatio and Yelina?
*HUGS* back to you and
HoratioAndMe too.
Hmm, there seems to be this bizarre pattern that's been developed for Horatio by the er, "writers". I think we can
now infer that there will be stages of er, "romance" for H but nothing of a permanent nature. Let's recap....
Stage 1: Megan (dead-loss, chemistry-wise with H).
Stage 2: Yelina (abso-bloomin-lutely dead-on the money with loads of potential but the er, "writers" do a 180. Go figure.
)
Stage 2.5: Rebecca (no idea why she was introduced and then given the boot. Unfortunate. Liked having Rebecca on board just cause she was written as so whacked. Really thought she would have been great as an H/Y stalker chick after H tossed her out in
"Cop Killer" i.e. in addition to her day job as a deputy public prosecuter. Even better if she had teamed up with Rick to hound Horatio.)
Stage 3.1: (spoiler alert -

Somewhere in season 4, H finally has another date but the poor thing winds up dead and H is number one suspect. Bummer being limited to just 1 episode but for now this partciular
she holds the record for quickest "H-romance" gone belly up.
Stage 3.2: H hooks up with his ex-wife in NY, who hitherto had a been a figment of CBS's website. Hmm, reckon the er, "writers" must have stumbled upon this website whilst sourcing the 'net for storylines.
Now, it'll be a case of how long she'll last until the next "H-romance" installment.
Alas, poor lonely Horatio, we used to know him well. But for now, he's been doomed to ride the Miami romance ferris wheel until the the never of never of never. Silly "writers".
*sigh*
Steven Maeda, Miami misses you big time.
