You're absolutely right in that the lyrics (especially the part of choices that were made) do bear testimony to the poignancy of their situations.

Lovely song. I'm glad you've bumped this thread up. There are so many songs out there that are relevant to these two. I was listening to the 'Riverdance' soundtrack today, and I've always loved this song and again, it applies to H/Y. 'a Stoirin, a Gra' means 'my treasure, my love' in Gaelic, for any wondering. :)

Some very touching and beautiful songs. There are certainly an uncountable number of songs out there that apply so perfectly to these two.
