Yes, I strongly believe Cal will get shot. 'Officer Down' was a let down. That was meant to be a turning point for us DuCainers or else we wouldn't be this miserable in the first place. I vividly remembered a post in the early Calleigh Duquesne thread where a poster had said that Officer Down was an episode where Cal was to get shot and H will come to her aid. It was meant to show the viewers that H has feelings for Cal. but ALAS! 'Tis was not aired and our dream shattered even before some of you realized it.

As for whether H will be there, I'm not entirely sure. And I'm having doubts. And I might get the writers if they repeated the same thing as they did with that cancelled episode. Ah! If only those pens will write at the command of our thoughts, we could be watching heaven by now .

You know what is sad? I yell at the television every Monday for some DuCaine love, and I never actually post in the thread. I used to, I think. And then something happened, and Ally went 'poof'! It was horrible. But now, I live again, and have some spooky rambling to do. Rawr.

I'm pretty sure there is no longer a need for spoiler warnings, seeing as it is now Tuesday. >.> So yeah, gonna ramble.

CSIsMANIAC - You were talking about that apparently unaired episode, 'Officer Down', which reminded me a load of the LV episode 'Gum Drops'. Yes, I'm going to get somewhere, hold ye horses.
'Gum Drops' was supposed to be the turning point for GSR, to show you that the two characters had finally gotten it on. *clears throat* However, problems arose, and the script was changed, dashing the dreams of poor GSR shippers across the world. *is still getting to a point*
Apparently, 'Officer Down' was pretty much meant to do the same thing, no? Well, in my screwy little world, I like to think that shows kinda/sorta follow the other shows. If you watch, you know I'm right, don't mess with me. GSR happened, even though it sadly lacked it's awesome episode. And therefore, Ally insists that DuCaine shall become canon as well. *grabs another pitchfork*

Alright, I really had no point what-so-ever right there, and I'm probably gonna get in big trouble for it. But I can't feel my fingers at the moment, so you can blame it on them...o_o;;

Neehhh...Hello Ally! Yes, I do recall that you popped in here once at the same time that fellow EvilToast came in. And I asked if the two of you were somehow related. :lol: Either way, nice to have you pop in here again .

But you know I won't totally give in to the hopes that the new episode may bring in some hope. Nyeh, God knows that we've been starved of DuCaine love. *crosses fingers*

There is a reason to why 'Officer Down' was cancelled though and it had something to do with the appearance of a new cast. Which apparently thwarted all hopes and ideas for DuCaine. Still, it didn't really stopped the little banterings and flirting that goes on. Which is good. Goes to show that his heart was not fully taken even by the newcomer. H is just a man. He has weaknesses you know. :lol:.

So....any of you up for the fluffo machine?

As for our eppy last night, I was quite disappointed...no DuCaine! Seriously I mean I know Cal was wearing kevlar so she didn't really get hurt (although getting shot wearing kevlar or not you'd be freaking sore, even superwoman Cal would be!)...but still we could have at least had a simple phone conversation if nothing else, so that H could check up on her and make sure she was alright! Geez, you know he'd at least check...the man cares, dang it! We KNOW it, so show that to us! My only consolation after last night, was that I KNOW when Call went home after the case, H showed up to "check" on her and make sure she was okay! :devil: Thoroughly check... :devil:

Hello all!! Lotsa discussion, I love it!!

Oh Palm! I understand where you're coming from. All that "googly bear" and "honey bunny" stuff... But nothing wrong with "handsome" or "sweetheart", sometimes it can be cute!! Trust me! I try to be objective, but it's tough! If ever I lean towards a particular part of DuCaine, smutty, fluffy or otherwise, I apologise. We can't help it with the cuteness and the hotness!!

I'm not trying to preach or anything, but I don't believe we should be divided over things like smut or fluff. Whatever we like, be it sappy nicknames or X-rated scenarios, it should be remembered that we are ALL devoted DuCainers, united in adoration for these two wonderful people, their chemistry and their complete inspiration to fans. Let's keep things in perspective. I just don't want any fights. We're all in the same ship. DuCainers united against the evil PTB!!

I have "Darkroom" on DVD, so I'll be raving about them working together very soon! I'm staying away from spoilers, and then I'll be downloading all the images!! One thing I'll ask: she was wearing all black, right?? If she was, yessss!! If not, oh well, they were together!
