it's from last week's episode, "Fannysmackin'". I don't know how much detail I can go into, I'll just say that you can watch the entire episode on CBS' website (only if you're in the States tho ), and there's the discussion thread as well.

There is as pointed out a discussion on the current ep, and its fine to state that it happened in "Fannysmackin" where greg was beat up trying to help out someone, for more you can read that ep discussion thread.
