I don't know but I didn't feel tonight's episode. I had been waiting for a new CSI NY but I was pretty bored. However, I am not feeling too good so that didn't help things.
The victim was a pretty loathsome woman but I also didn't feel for the killer. They keep going down this "kill the villain" theme and it gets old.

ITA with you on this. With the exception of the kid who killed his abusive mother earlier in the season(in that case, it truly was self defense of him and his younger siblings),there hasn't been other cases where I felt some prison time wasn't warrented. You can't take the law into your own hands even when the victim is the scum of the earth.
While I wouldn't give them the holier than thou lecture Mac likes to give, I wouldn't be able to condone what they did either. It might start out with rapists and con artists being killed, but condoning certain people being killed will lead to a slippery slope.
In the same breath, I had no pity at all for the victim in tonight's episode. Sooner or later, you keep conning people, you'll encounter someone who will react the way tonight's killer did. You reap what you sow.
P.S. I was surprised that for once, Mac didn't give one of his lectures to the killer. Maybe he finally realizes that while he can't condone what happened and has to do his job in enforcing the law, he doesn't need to give a lecture to someone who knows he threw his life away in a moment of rage.
yeah because most times they realize they threw their lives away in the first place. The lecture gets old. On Miami this season they have also been killing off loathsome types but catching some of them too I guess.ITA with you on this. Hmm, I figured she was older than that. Some African American kids look older for their ages.According to IMDB Sydney Park, who plays Ellie, is 13. She won't be 14 until October.
