Rick looked at Sara and said, "So have you heard from Nick? He said court in the morning but he shoudl be here by now, you would think." He looked at the younger girl. "Before you ask, I am rooming with Catherine." He said loudly so Catherine could hear his responce.

Sara smiled.

"No. I haven't. I hope he gets here soon. And I'm rooming with him, so if he doesn't show, I get a room to myself."

She winks and chuckles.

Horatio inwardly smiled when he heard Calleigh tell Sara that they were roomies.. but he was unsure of how to react to it. He didn't want her to know that he had stronger feelings for her than a supervisor/colleague deal.

He nonchalantly walked over to where he saw Mac and Danny talking. "Hey, Mac and Danny. How have things been in NY?"

Montana hums gently to herself as she walks through the doors of the building by herself. 'wonder what's gonna happen this time.' She thinks to herself with a chuckle as she looks around for anyone she knows.

Danny watches Lindsey walk in and called. "Montana." He called as he knew that she hated that name. Danny had feelings for her and he hoped that it would be able to come out soon. "How was your flight?" He asked as she came closer to him.

She arcs an eyebrow in annoyance, but says nothing, except, "It was boring, as expected. I had ot sit next to some fat lard-ass who snored all the way..." She's pissed, but not wanting to inflict on Dany's good mood, she asks him, "So, how was yuor flight, Messer?"

"It was ok." He replied to her. "Oh btw, we're rooming together." Messer siad to Montana. He knew she hated the name but had grown used to calling her that after she joined the department. "You heard from Flack?"

"Ooohhh....no, I don't even know where he is....." She pats him on the back, smiling, bad mood forgotten...nearly completely and says, "We should get to our room and check in"
She walks off, with him in tow, still smiling.

He smiled at her and said, "You know I love you Montana." He said as he wanted to make her not mad but annoyed. He did love her and care for her since he first layed eyes on her. He walks over to the line and says, "So what do you think this convention is all about?"

"Ughhh....." She lets out a huff of air she was holding. "Murder? Anthropology, who knows...? What do you know so far?" She questions, feeling a sweet, hazy mist settle over her feelings for Danny Messer, which were once anger and annoyance, now it's love and affection. She smiles at him as he starts to talk.

"Come on you know u love my nicname for ya?" Messer responds as he reaches the table. He signs in and walks over to the elevator. "Room 255." He said outloud as he waited for the elevator. He felt Montana as his side. He looked at her and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.

She squeezes her eyes shut for a second as he kisses her, smiling. She wants to keep that in her memory for as long as she can., it's so sweet the way he calls her 'Monatana' , she's even starting to like it. 'Trust Danny to make me love everything he says' She thinks as the elevator doors open, to reveal no one's in there. except for them, as they enter, only their thoughts of eachother are crowding the otherwise empty metal box.

Eric Delko walks in through the doors checking his watch, knowing he is running late. He walks over to the group noticing Horatio "Hey Horatio, hey guys!"

Danny hist the "2" button and looks at Montana, "I'll understand if you don't have feelings for me Montana, but remember I'm the one that save ya butt the first day you arrived in the big city." Danny said as he began to smile and said to her, "It's going to be wierd for us to date, isn't it?"

"Yea, but I heard Grissom and Sara got together, the CSI's from LasVegas.......so anythings possible, really" She leans in and kisses him onh is cheek, ot show she feels the same way. She smiles at his reaction, and now her hand is resting just above his jeans' waist band, patting his stomach.
