Luvincsi - welcome to the thread! I'd give you a welcome basket, but I have absolutely no idea where it is atm - but welcome anyway!
As for the shift in their relationship - I meant that they were a little more relaxed and confident around each other. I mean, Cath had no qualms in getting cranky at him, and Gil had no problem with it.
It was just nice to see them interacting on a more personal level.

Agreed ! and about their convo in the office, only Cath can talk to Gil like that . Even if it's totally her right after what he said to her at the end of WW, who in the team could say to Gil :"I'd slap you but I think you might enjoy it too much" ?

I LOVE THAT LINE! that just made the whole episode!! tee hee!! GO CATHERINE GO! and i think we all no that grissom would enjoy it. he didn't even deny it!! ah ha!! he just gave her and surprised and... anxious look!! I LOVE PUREJOY!!

awe formalities. such a couple-y moment (or two or three). those are the days of classic csi. before character rewrites and dropping cases for bad fanfic soap fare. it's nice to hear there may have been a shift in the recent change in their relationship. maybe their is hope the old csi will be back.
