Television... Internet...
So, we never lost power. We lost cable! Finally got through to a human being this morning - I won't comment on her! :scream: Talked to a different person this afternoon and told them that we're the only ones on this street without cable - wha-lah - an hour later we get cable and internet. Of course we still got a huge, dead pine tree leaning on the television and cable wires. As of dinner time there were still around 3,000 people in Massachusetts without power.
For you all to see what we've been through:
somewhere under there is the street out front our house on Sunday morning
this is going the other direction on Sunday morning
large branches from one side to the other
Thursday morning is when the street got cleared
Nothing is worse than listening to commercials for your favorite television shows on the radio when you can't watch them. I have managed to watch season 11 in it's entirety in one week!
Susan
lovely pictures, I think blackflag
And glad you've made it back to The Ward it's the little things like cable and phones that we can't seem to live without.
