I'm always so concerned trying to find shirts or clothing of the actual colors that I forget to broaden my view and think of the overall picture in these type of themes, duh. Sometimes it takes viewing the pics of you experienced players before I have that light-bulb effect.

Once again, it's time for Nick to move on. We had a nice day here (it was actually sunny!).

First of all, Smokey gets an honourable mention for the thematic smiley. :lol: Never seen that one before. :)

Runners up:
Jacquie - always a favorite :drool:
blackflag - he looks good in red :adore:
Smokey - the obvious works well :)

But Nick is heading southwest, to ladybronco. Several good choices, including those jeans that I like so much, and that gorgeous smile. :adore: Enjoy your Nick-time!

It's supposed to warm back up tomorrow, so Nick should have a nice day here, especially if the wind ceases to blow! That should make for a happy me, so I've decided for our new theme, I'd like to see a happy/smiling Nick/George/OC.

The usual 12 in the next 24 hours or so. Happy smiling ladies!! :devil:

Happy Memorial Day everyone. :) Mine started with a crash/bang at about 5:30 yesterday afternoon. A huge tree branch (about 2/3 ft in diameter) broke off the tree across the street from us. :eek: It just barely missed the homeowner mowing his front yard and ended up with one end in the engine campartment of his daughters car and the other end diagonally across the street in our driveway. :eek: It ended up sitting there til around 7:30 when they finally found some employee's of our 'forestry division' to come take care of it. They're supposedly taking the rest of the tree down but that won't be until after the holiday.

Blackflag, holy cow, so glad nobody was hurt when that tree fell! Did all the damage happen to your neighbors?

Jacquie, I'm really sorry to hear about Tuppance. I hope you don't get very bad news! My Eddie went through a sick spell a few weeks ago. Got himself scratched on the cheek by one of the other cats, and it abscessed like they usually do. Luckily I had extra antibiotic in the fridge, so I saved myself a trip to the vet. He's all good now :)

thanks for the wishes ladybronco :) fortunately Tuppence isnt' as bad as I thought. Because of a hip injury she suffered as a kitten she's prone to constipation problems. I thought we had it cleared up this time but it appears we didn't. I thought she had stopped eating cause she knew if she ate she could have problems but it appears she couldn't manage anymore. She's at the vets at the moment and I'll bring her home tomorrow afternoon. Now I just have to figure out how to get her medicine in her and get her to eat her food :)
 
Good luck Jacquie. Do I ever know what you're talking about with getting medicine down the throat of a cat! :lol:

Most of the damage was to his daughter's car. It may have gotten enough of the engine to total the car.

Jacquie, good to hear that Tuppence is going to be okay. :)

Blackflag, glad there wasn't more damage done. We had thousands of trees down from last week's storms and tornadoes. It's incredible. My friends, Kim and Amanda (who will be on "Say Yes to the Dress" this Friday!) lost 11 of 15 huge trees in their yard, one of which fell onto the roof. :( But it could have been a lot worse!

I need to look at some more happy Nick. :D
