and a Saturday night with Nick was just :devil:

I was going to get Nick to watch Thursday's show with me while I capped it but the weather here today is going to ...mucky is a good word for it. So not to delay Nick at the airport I decide to send him off now while he can still get out on time :)

Nick really appreciated all the gift suggestions :) so without further ado :)

Nicky's here. :) I think he's unimpressed with our freezing rain turned into heavy rain. :( At least it's above freezing - finally!

Goodie! I get that replacement black shirt I wanted. That was my favorite long sleeved shirt and Thomas tore it with a claw last winter. :(

I'm actually buying the camera after Christmas as my brother's giving me a gift card somewhere. As for the real thing - :shifty: :shifty: I would love to find that under the tree on Christmas morning. :devil: :devil:


Time for a new theme. Lets see... Since I've been wrapping stocking stuffers (to see if we have enough yet!) some of which is chocolate and making Thumbprint cookies with Hershey Kisses in the thumbprints I think that will be my theme - up to 12 chocolate pics please. And lets go with Nick and only Nick this time. Excuse me while I go rub that head (what can I say that last pic makes me want to! :drool: :drool:)

I might be a tad late in sending Nick on to the next lucky person. All that rain and wind yesterday and last night got into the wiring of the car and it wouldn't start. Christopher gets out at 3:10 if we don't get the car started by 2:30 or so I'll have to walk down (at least part way) to get him. We live too close to the school for a bus but the 2 streets we have to cross are too dangerous for him to cross alone. We were almost run over by ServePro this morning! :eek:


I'm glad I got Nick to massage the cramp in my leg!

ETA: Just realized this was my 6,000th post! :beer: Can I go back to being a 'judge' (or whatever it was) I'm not sure I want to be a 'corpse' at the moment! :lol:

Ok. I'm here. Not quite a 'corpse' yet! ;)

Got the car running around 11 this morning and haven't turned it off yet. The miracle of the hairdryer! :thumbsup:


Things get a little, exciting's not quite the right word but it will do, and Nicky's eager to leave. :(
