I didn't cap it myself and according to the Black-Glass homepage where I got it from it is from Formalities unless they accidentally put one cap from Snakes in amongst those from Formalities? If this is the case, I must say sorry and I will remove it.

Yup I can see that is Formalities. It's from the elevator scene. Either way it's a season 5 episode so it shouldn't matter
