Yep, that's it. It's the snipping tool, and it's a purple edge. Since Yoshi likes it so much, I think I'll keep it! :lol:

Does this snipping tool only come with Vista or is it available otheways. I'm always looking to improve on Oh yeahs

Well, I looked into this for Kristine the other day, because she has Vista but apparently not the right version. :( It comes with Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, and Ultimate.

You could probably get the program from their website, but I'm not sure if it works or not with other Windows versions.

It's pretty easy and handy, but then again I've never tried the program you're using, Cap'n. Your caps always look great tho!

Thanks Smokey :) I've got to admit the capping is addictive :) I do like the border you put on yours :) It's nice to see everyone enjoying making their own caps. I doubt I will get the snipping tool as we have no intention of getting Vista for our computers right now. When we got new computers in the last year we deliberately got ones that didn't have Vista. Both of our laptops are used that we got from a computer store that sells used computers from companies that the leases have expired on. I hope that makes sense. Not enough of this this morning :)

I have the snippy tool but have never used it. I tend to crop with some Corel thingy I have that also does loads of stuff I don't understand at all :lol:
I likes the frames anyway.

I got Home Premium. I've had no problem with Vista. All my problems are with IE 7. It drops me at about the same time every day for no reason and I usually have to wait a couple of minutes before I can get back online. :(

I was going to do that one but I wasn't in the mood to try my luck :) and I some how had the feeling you missed those two as well. I figured with your niece and nephew about you've probably seen all the other ones :)

blackflag have you tried using Firefox. We find it much better and not annoying like Internet Exploder is. We use the lasted Firefox which is version 3. The only thing I find annoying about Frefox is the way we have the computers set up for advertising blocks I have to go to Exploder if I want to read some adult connect fiction. For some reason Firefox doesn't think I'm over 18 :guffaw:
