Well well! Something woke me up in the middle of the night. It must have been...Speedy's birthday!!!

I hope you have a great day, despite everything! And a happy cappy theme! Nice! Can't wait to pick out some pics this afternoon.

Now, back to wondering what the hell woke me up. It sounded like a crash in the house, and I was sure the cats had done something, but I can't find anything. Scared me to death tho. Wish I could figure it out. :confused:

ETA: Oh great. I'm getting a clue. My neighbor is out front of my house...with the police!!!! :eek:
 
So, I thought I just check in and see something very strange in The Ward. Hmmmm, I wonder, why the heck is Smokey posting at 1 am in the morning?

First, thank you very much for the Happy Birthday wishes. The pics of the cats? :guffaw:

Second, what? What? What happened? Police? Come on tell us, what happened. The suspense is killing me!

Happy Birthday Speedy and congrats on the win! I'll be back in to post my theme pics, need a little nap as had to take my little girl to Pittsburgh today for the doctors and I am ready to zonk out!

A slate sidewalk. There was a slate patio when we moved in that was falling apart. We finished the process and made a sidewalk with the slates. Unfortunately it iced up at the bottom of the porch steps so I've been redoing it this week. The stone dust bags are heavy and the slates are no light weights either! My legs are sore whenever I sit, stand up, or bend over.

Yes that Texan could work wonders for my health right about now. :devil:
