Ahh - my first review was cancelled this morning. Never been happier to receive an early morning call. :D Then after that about 3 people called to see if I'd felt the earthquake in the UK last night. I originally thought we had burglars as it felt like half a dozen people running through the house
There was a helicopter out because of some damage to property nearby apparantly. It came around 3 or 4 times in the end - which was the main thing keeping me awake.

Last shots before I toddle off to earn some money:

Any dupes - enjoy another look :D

Wow, yoshi sounds like you had a shakin' good time last night. Didn't know the UK got earthquakes. See, it's true, you learn something new everyday.

Don't really get earthquakes here in the midwest, just in extreme rare cases. I felt a real real minor one once. Though we are waaaayyyyyy overdue for a big one. We just have to watchout for the nasty tornadoes, storms, floods, oh yea, the bitter cold, the snow, the ice, the intense heat. Yea. Though I'm sure everyone gets a little bit of the weather. :)

I'm glad you weren't hurt or anything. Well, I'm off to bed as you go earn a living.

Good Night!

Speedy Stokesgirl - I'm never gonna live this down, am I?

I think not! But I see you got a promotion!! Maybe now you can be Officer Stokesgirl instead. How's that? :)

I'm PMing you with some info about your Yahoo ID.

Someone please help me! The hypochondriac is home from school today. An hour after we got home last night Victoria announces that she has to go to the hospital because her throat is sore (no we didn't take her). Since then she's had 2 panic attacks that she's going to stop breathing and a 10:15 doctors appointment is too late. She flat out refuses to stop paying attention to the fact that she's breathing.

Don't think there are any dupes. If there are enjoy them. You didn't leave me much from season 5.

Susan

ETA: I've been promoted. :D I'm not sure I really want to be a coroner though!

Susan, you'll make a great coroner! Congratulations!

Too many seething red faces in your post! Deep breaths, calming thoughts, take two of these, and call me in the morning. :)

I need more than 2. :(

According to the doctor Victoria is coming down with the flu! Now I hope she stops panicking and does what she's told, and that the rest of us don't get it. Just trying to keep her and her brother seperated is impossible.

As for the coronor bit - I don't like the sight of blood. On TV is OK but in person forget it!

Susan as someone who also at times suffers from panic attacks, trust me it all seems very real, and while it can be nerve racking on those around you, its also nerve racking for the person having it too (you can't breath, chest tightening, etc). While we know what brought mine on and how to help me, I still at times have breakouts. Sometimes meds work (though I try not to use them) but I preferre to recognize when the trigger is being pulled and have trained myself to try and naturally calm myself (which sometimes does and doesn't work) but it can be hard to deal with for everyone involved.

The other problem that you have with Panic attacks is trying to determine is an attack vs something other then that, I also have broncitis which also mimics some symptoms of a panic attack, but as you adjust you learn to tell the difference. Course I am 34 and so that might make a difference but if you can find the trigger of the attack, you can go from there, and it might make all the difference in the world. If you ever need to talk feel free to pm me.

Just my two cents in there. *Looks at avatar* I mean Our four cents. :)

We're pretty certain it's her mother. Sounds mean I know but every time one of the kids gets sick (on a weekend with their mother) their mother brings them back so they tend not to tell anyone until it's too late. That with the fact that Victoria will not take pills and her mother begged for amoxacilyn (sp?) everytime when she was little. It's hard to find something to give her. Plus she's ADD and tends to get violent and out of hand anyways.

Is you might be able to tell from that all the mother's fears were put into the children at a very young age and it's an ongoing problem.
