It started snowing at noon. Everything is a mess. They decided for early dismissal of the schools after school had already started. Victoria's in a school that doesn't usually get early dismissal so they had to call all the parents and tell them when to come get their kids. :eek: There has got to be a better way than what they are doing!

Well......You probably expected this one a lot sooner. I got distracted by having to call 2 schools. One to talk to my mom (she volunteers at Christophers school). The other to tell them that the same person in the same car will be there to pick up Victoria (they won't let the kids out until they know someones there for them).

Thank you for the birthday wishes - you're all very kind. I've now caught up with George lol :D Sorry for the late arrival but the wee party went on for several more hours than it was meant to. I ended up broadcasting a radio show on line (I help run a small site where we regularly do little radio shows and it seemed like a good idea to do an impromptu one after a few bottles of wine had been opened - a lot of fun but a very late night :D ).

The results are in though - with 'helpful' hints from a friend who's seen about 4 episodes of CSI :rolleyes: - I'm tutoring her. :D

Oh Happy Ward Dance I won. Sorry I've taken so long to come in the ward this morning but I was trying to figure out a theme. And I think I have got a theme. I've asked Santa for a digital camera this year so I'd like to see Nick with a camera. Since I will late in announcing the winner how about we go with 18 in about 32 hours. I'll be taking Nick in to work with me on Saturday. All he seems to want to do today Yoshi is sleep :D And Yoshi I'm glad you liked the pic. I think I grabbed it from you :) I look forward to seeing the caps from last nights show. Loverly sweater shirt combo. Our boy looked hot last night ;)

I'd post some theme pics buy every time I click on the URL (or any of the Instant UBB Codes in the box my computer freezes. :mad: I guess I'm not supposed to play this round or something. If anyone knows another way to post a link without using those codes It'd be appreciated.

Generally if it makes me mad enough I threaten to throw it out the window, Yoshi. Of course that's an empty threat right now as we have the Christmas tree sitting in front of the windows. Whatever works! :lol:

For round 1 we got 10 inches of snow in 7 hours yesterday. Round 2 comes starting on Saturday night, goes through Sunday, and possibly into Monday. Last year winter started late. This year it's starting early. We just may have a white christmas for the first time in a while. :lol:

Now George I need to have a serious discussion here with you. Do you not like your Ward Girls here in Southern Ontario. This major storm that is headed our way on Saturday night is coming up from you lovely homestate of Texas. Now come on what gives. We've been loyal ward girls so please no more snow storms. That applies for all ward girls that are going to be affected by this nice storm coming our way.

Now I'll go and drool over beach pics and pics from last nights show.
