lol that one was hilarious. I like it when mike goes "first name crap, last name bag" and when Mike goes "I love Princess Consuela" and then Phoebe goes "and i love Crap" lol

lol i like that Ross quote. I cant remember what episode it was but Ross says something then Phoebe goes "your a paleontologist Ross, dig a little deeper" dont know why but found that hilarious.
 
Teehee. Yeah, I can't remember what episode that was from either but it was hilarious.

I'm watching 'The Last One' now.

Ross: Uh, to talk to Rachel. Isn't that why I took a ride in the death cab!

So, what seasons does everyone have on DVD? I've been buying a season every now and then since 2000, 6 years later I finally have all the seasons. :lol:

I LOVED all the early episodes - so funny and they still never fail to crack me up!
I still think 'The One With The Blackout' is one of my faves. When Ross is trying to tell Rachel how he feels out on the balcony and the cat jumps on him? It cuts to the rest of the friends inside singing 'on top of the world' and you see Ross running about trying to get the cat off him? I don't know why but it always makes me giggle!
OOO! and when Chandler's in the ATM on the phone and no-one except Joey can uderstand what he's saying? Love it...!

As for the dvd's? I have the seasons 1 - 9 on VHS - I started buying them way back when....before dvd's became popular! lol! I do have season 10 on dvd though and my tapes are getting so worn out i may have to buy the dvd's.... :D

A bit earlier on today I watched the episode where Monica makes thanksgiving dinner and everyone is late. The floating heads part always cracks me up. :lol:

I loved the part when they were playing rock paper scissors and Joey does the whole fire thing and then Phoebe with the water ballon.

I only have s10 on dvd. And I really want to go watch that Thanksgiving Episode now. lol.

and when Monica pushes a bit of turkey through the door and Joey goes 'I had a dream about a fax machine that did that once'.

Well, I have seasons 1,7 and 8 on video, and 9,10 and 6 on DVD. am slowly making my way to getting the whole collection though.

I know what you mean, Friends is so infectious, whenever you see part of any episode on telly or you think about an episode - you've just gotta see it. :lol:

I quite liked season 10, a lot of people thought that the last few seasons had lost it's touch, but I think it stayed quite consistent until the end. I did start liking Ross a lot more towards the last seasons, he just seemed to get more funnier. :lol:
 
Yeah, I agree. At the time I remember thinking certain seasons (6 and 7 I think were the main ones) weren't as good as the early episodes, but when you watch them back you notice different things and appreciate how they develop the characters. For a long time Joey and Chandler were so good, esp when they lived together, but when it all changed and they shifted people around the dynamics between the characters changed too. Joey and Rachel were a good pairing (I so wanted them to get together!) and 'Mondler' worked well too. I loved the episode when Chandler found out Monica was actually looking for Joey the night they got it on in London.... :lol:

Yes, I know what you mean! I mean I always did like Ross with his whole "Oh who cares my wife's a lesiban" act. But there was something about Ross in the last couple of seasons that just made me fall for him. Like the episode "The One With Ross' Tan" I've scene that episode about a billion times and it never gets old!

Ross: I like what you are, what are you
Tan Guy: Puerto Rican
Ross: 2 is good!

And then the whole ending with Chandler getting the picture! Hilarious! And the whole "i'm sure there are 30 different types of posinous swings!" *sighs* I have a friend who I swear looks like David only with blonde hair and he does these things that reminds me off Ross and its creepy! lol.

But my heart will always stay with Chandler!

Chandler: Honey, its us! Of course its the shovel killer!
Chandler: Your supposed to stop the q tip when there's resitance.
Chandler: It feel just like when Melros place got cancled....I mean....what I miss Melrose Place


*sighs* There's so many more. And I feel like watching the one where Phoebe got married. I can't remember the exact scene with Ross and Chandler but Chandler says something like "Figure skating" and then he's like "Help me out here" to Ross and he's like "Football" or something. I dunno. I think I'm going to have to watch s10 today!

I loved the Ross line of 'Yes, because space is filled with orbiting babies'. :lol: After reading your post about your friend who looks like David, it just reminded me of the episode with Ross and Russ! :lol:

I was so pleased when Phoebe married Mike, I mean, I did like David (Hank Azaria is fantastic) and I did really feel sorry for him with the episode in Barbados, (when he let Mike have his seat was just too funny. 'That's fair, you've had a long journey' :lol:) but Mike won my heart when he first appeared when Joey set them up. He just seemed to fit right in with the gang. :)

I dont' really remember the first time we saw Mike but I do remember Joey in the coffee house saying "Mike" and he looks up.

And I loved the episode where Ross pretended to be Vicrom. And at the end he was like "This is Vicrom" that just cracked me up!
 
I loved Mike! He really did seem to fit, and he was just a hilarious guy. I really wished the show went longer so we could see more of him, because he was a really great character. ;)

Um...Anyway, since I was just peaking in, I'd like to say I'm a big fan but more of a lurker in here so, I'll be participating more when...I have more time. :lol: :p
 
Mike was so funny - the whole Princess Consuela/Crap Bag thing was hilarious...and the epi where he and Ross stayed home while Phoebe and Rachel went out and they had absolutely nothing to say to each other, so ended up trying to name different types of beer. :D I really liked his character, he was the perfect pair up for Pheebs!

Wow, I'm posting a lot in here...i only ever used to lurk! :eek:
