Frank Tripp and the things he says!

Jennifer

Lab Technician
As CSI:Miami fans know, Frank Tripp can say some pretty funny things. Just tonight I was watching "Internal Affairs" and heard him refer to the crime scene clean up job (the job held by Natalia's ex husband) as "Entrail Duty" (entrail, as in a person's insides, their guts). That had me laughing for a while, and it got me to thinking about other "Frankisms" ...like...

"Hey, hey, hey...shut up! You sound like a couple of busted leaf blowers." from High Octane.

or

in "Chain Reaction" when he called Ryan "my favorite dust monkey" when he asked him to run a jail cell for fingerprints.

Can anyone think of others?

How about... "Do I have stupid written all over my bald head?" to an inmate who tried to say that he didn't know where his wristband/bracelet thing was.

"It is what it is, it ain't what it ain't, don't make it what isn't." in Sunblock. :guffaw: He can be pretty dang funny, can't he? Plus he's a Texan. :p

From imdb.com:

From "Freaks and Tweaks" (1x23)
Frank: Everybody take their left hand and stick it out, please. Left hands... Your other left hand, scruffy.

From "Recoil" (3x21)
Frank: Dispatch, we gotta code 18.
Dispatcher: Hit and run, any victims?
Frank: Victims, yeah me!

From "From The Grave" (4x1)
Frank: So, what were the Mala Noche packin' up in here? Brand new putters and they're heavy!
Calleigh: Hey! That's evidence.
Frank: Wouldn't help my game anyway.

From "48 Hours To Life" (4x4)
Frank: Are you stuck on stupid?

I'd love to bring this thread along. After all the venom being spilt over E/C, I concluded there is one guy you can always count on; Frank Tripp. He's been in a prison bus crash, his wife hired a PI to entrap him, he drinks a little too much, and he's a bad golfer.

But he's one kick-butt cop with an ear for the snarky comment.

"Come on, don't you guys have some gizmo to track this thing? That blue light with the buzzers and bells or that mass-spectro-detecto-whatever-you-call-it thingy?"

"You were banging the neighbor lady and we call that 'motive.'"

"First it's a damn land mine, now it's a flying water heater. What next?"

Rock on, Frank!

From "Rap Sheet:"
Calleigh: Will you be my bodyguard?
Frank: Only if I can call you Whitney.

I LOVE Frankisms! :guffaw:

Pirated:
Delko: "How's your Spanish?"
Frank: "Rusty. Sometimes I don't know if I'm in south Florida or Cuba!"

Frank Tripp is my favourite character on CSI:Miami!! I love the things he says! He especially makes me laugh when he's with Horatio.
I love his Texas accent and deep voice; the way he stands there with
his hands on his hips and then he'll slip in some 'zinger' which cracks me up.
For example: Lieutenant Horatio Caine: He's lying.
Detective Frank Tripp: Of course he's lying, he opened his mouth.
