The Dutch parliament went into a debate with Wilders last night and he blamed everything on other people. One politician (Mark Rutte, VVD - Wilders' former party) said Wilders is a political pyromaniac, he sets fire and then runs away. I thought this metaphor was wonderful. It describes Wilders very well. Wilders blamed everything on the government. He said the government had tried to forbid the movie, "while they didn't know anything about the contents yet" (Wilders). The minister of Justice then openly published notes of a conversation in which Wilders had said he wanted to burn the Quran, etc. I don't know who to believe, as Wilders claims the government is lying, but should I believe Wilders?

Oh I absolute love that description! Hahaha. Very fitting I'd say.

Come on, Wilders is blaming who? He still published the film, so what's he complaining about? Just the fact that he didn't gain as many supporters as he thought he would? Maybe he underestimated the dutch public's hunger for war and conflict.
