You know what... I wouldn't mind if Nick, Greg or Grissom had their eyes on the wrong place aslong as it was on me haha

Well you had part of it right here is where you went wrong

Code tags correct, but address not.
You need to upload it to your own album then right click on the pic and down to properties, copy the URL and then in those IMAGE Tags you got right, paste the pics address.
If you are not using your own album but a pic off another site then use the URL Code and link it instead.
Also please make sure the pic isn't over 400x400 max, you can find that in the "Right click pic, properties"
